Why work with me?

I’ve lived an exceptionally fortunate life, one shaped by the privilege of receiving a solid education and the unwavering support of my parents, who encouraged me to explore my potential, engage with the world, and think big. From an early age, I was deeply aware of the world around me and the diverse experiences people go through.

At 16, I began working in a homeless shelter in Sydney’s Kings Cross—an area rife with heroin addiction, gangland activity, and a stark contrast to my sheltered life at a private school. This experience profoundly changed me. It opened my eyes to the vast spectrum of human experience, showing me how trauma, childhood experiences, loss, and personal beliefs can shape choices and behaviors in profound ways. I spent my final years of high school not only completing my studies but also working nights, walking the streets to support vulnerable people, offering counseling, and providing assistance at safe injecting facilities.

As a child, I was always driven by a desire to help—whether it was rescuing sick or injured animals or assisting those in need. Over the years, I’ve come to understand the deeper purpose behind this drive (through therapy) and have worked to shift and refine it. My passion for creating a world with greater equity, less conflict, and a more conscious, peaceful society has always fueled me. Initially, I believed that government was the solution to making this vision a reality, which led me to pursue an undergraduate degree in Politics and Psychology, followed by a postgraduate degree in Social Policy and Social Research.

However, after more than 20 years working in both government and non-government roles, I saw firsthand that bureaucracy, political agendas, and the egos of a select few were often at odds with helping individuals in meaningful ways. I began to realise that government, while important, was slow-moving and, at times, disempowering. It was clear to me that true change comes from within, and that people must be empowered to take control of their own lives and create the transformations they seek.

That realisation inspired me to shift my focus and pursue a career where I could work directly with individuals, helping them tap into their own capacity for change. I became a certified hypnotherapist and established my own holistic approach to self-transformation. Alongside this, I made a conscious decision to build a fulfilling life for myself—raising a conscious family, nurturing my relationship with my partner, and continuously investing in my own growth and development.

Today, I offer hypnotherapy sessions and intensive self-transformation packages based on a unique method I’ve developed. This method blends the core principles of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), my 20 years of experience in applied behavior change, neuroscience, and spiritual practices. My approach is designed to be accessible, practical, and deeply transformative.

I am truly committed to walking alongside my clients as they explore their challenges, understand their origins, and rebuild healthier belief systems. Together, we work on improving emotional regulation, strengthening coping strategies, and identifying and shifting unhelpful beliefs, emotions, and behaviors. My goal is to empower you to create lasting change and live a life aligned with your true potential.
